Welcome to House Church

The Gathering Church is a congregation of House Churches—small groups of people cultivating relationships with God, one another, and the community. These groups are designed to meet at the intersection of Word and Prayer and Meal and Mission. House Church is the primary way to connect with others at The Gathering Church and engage our city. Each House Church gathers weekly to share a meal, pray, study the Bible, and walk through all the dynamics of life together. Children, friends, family, and first-time visitors are always welcome!

MONTHLY RHYTHMS
WEEK 1: WEDNESDAY WORSHIP
The first gathering of each month is Wednesday Worship.  All the House Churches will join together for worship and prayer. Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM, followed by a time of worship for all ages.
WEEK 2 and 3: DINNER AND DISCUSSION
This gathering begins with a shared meal and is centered around sharing our lives with one another as we explore the intersection of our lives and faith. This is where we taste real community and apply God’s Word to our lives.
WEEK 4: COMMUNITY DINNER
The fourth gathering of each month is our Community Dinner. This evening is about having fun, eating good food, and reaching out to new people. Community dinners are great opportunities for our family, friends, and neighbors to come and experience a taste of our community.
WEEK5: SABBATH
On the months where there is a fifth week, all House  Churches sabbath taking the week off from formally gathering.
